Product Description

1) Materials: Carbon steel, stainless steel

3) Short mixing time, better adaptability to mixing materials with highly different granularity and density
4) Suitable for mixing in which liquid is added
5) Makes wet granules, with granule diameter between 0.3mm and 3mm
6) Consists of a transmission device, horizontal cylinder, coulter and flying blades
7) The material will circulate turbulently along the mixing tank's wall under the force of the coulter. Once the material meets the flying blades, it will be dispersed by the high speed circulation. Thus the material can be evenly mixed in a shorter time
8) It can be used for complex processes such as solid-solid (powder-powder) mixing, solid-liquid (adding small amounts of water to powder), making wet granules, and drying in the chemical, medicine, pesticide, veterinary medicine, food, feedstuff, feedstuff additive and plastic industries; Especially for the mixing of sticky or glutinous additives.
